Mr. Sameer Bargir brings extensive field-level marine survey experience, having commenced his professional journey in the marine inspection and survey services industry in 2018. He began as a Field Surveyor, later promoted to Manager at M/s. Bhakuni Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd., and subsequently operated DTA Marine Inspections and Survey Services as Proprietor from 2019 to 2024.
In 2025, he founded Bismillah Marine Inspections and Survey Services, where he currently serves as Founder & CEO. Over the years, he has personally conducted and supervised more than 3,000 surveys.
